After completing your order, you will receive the tickets up to 24 hours before the match. Tickets will be delivered either digitally via email or WhatsApp, or as a physical ticket to be collected at a hotel or central pickup point – as arranged in advance. For physical tickets, the customer is responsible for returning them per the instructions. A full update will be sent close to the event. We are available for any questions 🙋‍♂️

Seating is guaranteed in pairs only. If you are a larger group, please note it in your order and we will contact you immediately regarding final confirmation of the seating arrangement at the stadium.

Football match tickets are a personal digital product and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase, per our policy. However, we are happy to help in exceptional cases.

In case of postponement – tickets remain valid for the new date. In case of full cancellation – you will receive a complete refund.

In most cases, you can enter the stadium using your smartphone and present the digital ticket. We will let you know if printing is required.
