1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Delarea. By using this website, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Delarea provides a platform for purchasing football match tickets — domestic leagues and international tournaments (Champions League, World Cup, and more). We act as an intermediary between users and ticket suppliers.

3. Account Registration

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.

• All activity carried out under your account.

• Providing accurate and current information.

Minimum age to register: 18 years. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Ticket Purchase Terms

Ticket purchases are subject to the following:

• Displayed prices include service fees and VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Ticket availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

• An order confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

• Tickets are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Cardcom, a certified payment service provider. We accept Israeli credit cards. Charges are applied immediately upon order confirmation. In case of payment failure, the order is automatically cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:

• Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.

• Cancellations within 14 days will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount.

• After 14 days from purchase or after the event has taken place — no refund will be issued.

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer — a full refund will be provided.

7. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally (e-ticket) to the email address provided. The ticket must be presented (printed or on screen) at stadium entry. We are not responsible for denied entry due to a damaged, lost, or third-party-activated ticket.

8. Event Changes and Cancellations

We are not responsible for changes in date, time, venue, or cancellation of events by clubs, leagues, or relevant authorities. In case of a material change, we will endeavor to notify purchasers as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The website and its services are provided "as is." Delarea shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and images on the website are the exclusive property of Delarea or licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to website systems.

• Automated (bot) ticket purchasing.

• Reselling tickets above purchase price.

• Providing false information during registration or purchase.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
