Tickets will be delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp, or as a physical ticket for pickup at your hotel or a central meeting point — as arranged in advance. In the case of a physical ticket, the customer is responsible for returning it according to instructions. A full update will be sent close to the event date. We're available for any questions!
Yes. All tickets we offer come from official and trusted suppliers and are legally valid for stadium entry.
Seating is guaranteed in pairs only. If you're a larger group, please mention it in your order and we'll contact you immediately regarding final confirmation of the seating arrangement in the stadium.
Football match tickets are a personal digital product and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase, in accordance with our policy. However, we're happy to help in exceptional cases.
In case of postponement — the tickets will be valid for the new date. In case of complete cancellation — you'll receive a full refund.
